People Connectors provide recruitment services within the framework of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 as well as all current UK law affecting our services including the Data Protection Act 2018.
We have a range of company policies in place to help ensure we work to high ethical standards, are committed to providing equality and fairness throughout our operations and that our business helps our local and wider business community in terms of the environment and charity support.
People Connectors operate in an open and transparent manner and always advise workers of full vacancy/contract details including the company name and salary/rate on offer/deductions where applicable. This information is provided at interview/contractor service provision stage to ensure workers have sufficient information to decide if they wish to progress (if a People Connectors consultant shortlists their application/services to be provided).
We also ensure our candidates and contractors data is used lawfully, fairly and in a transparent way which includes obtaining express consents of data use and an adherence to a clear and comprehensive Data Protection Policy.
Any candidates shortlisted by People Connectors for our client’s vacancies or to provide contractor services will have had their right to work in the UK documentation checked.
